Continuous AdWords Account Acquisition

I am selling accounts with a 300 TL voucher assigned. The accounts must be set up for automatic payments and advertisements. We will enter our own card information and make payments; payment will not be made if the accounts are suspended before the ad approval. Our purchase price for an account is 25 TL.
