Could PHP be helpful for iyzico on the website?

Friends, my issue is with the iyzico integration on my website. We have obtained the theme, overseas API, and key, and payments are going through. However, it is not showing that orders are being received nor are they being processed in the admin panel. But when a bank transfer is used for purchase, everything works correctly. Can someone who understands iyzico integration please provide assistance? I would appreciate it.
