Creating a database for the search engine of my website

Hello friends, I'm still a two-month-old web developer, but I'm stuck in the database for search engine on my site. I am creating a database using phpMyAdmin, but when I click on a keyword, it doesn't retrieve the data in link form. So, when I search for a keyword on my site, only an unclickable URL address comes up. How can I fix this? I used ready-made code, but if you have any useful ready-made codes that produce link results, I can take and customize them. I've tried hard, but my knowledge is limited.
