Creating and Publishing a Webview Application for Another Website

Greetings, regards. If I were to create a webview application for a gaming site and publish it on Google Play, would there be any legal issues? I want to create a mobile application for a website where phone games are played. I only want to create the part where the games are played, with no site content. Would I encounter any legal issues or AdMob advertising problems in this regard? I would be grateful for responses from those with knowledge and experience. Thank you in advance.
