Custom ROM for Android with Fake GPS Feature

Hello friends, I want my GPS location to appear as I desire in an application. When using Google Play Fake GPS applications, the app detects it and shuts down. However, Android emulator applications like Memu have their own feature, so there are no issues when setting it up from there. I want to install a custom ROM like Tabletime, where can I find such a ROM? In other words, I want to adjust my location myself without using an app, through settings, etc.
