Database Turkish Character Error

Hello friends. I am new to the forum and have searched but couldn't find a solution. I am using a spider web game script. There is a Turkish character error in the database. For example; in the database, the text "SavaÅŸ Uçakları" appears correctly on the website. However, if I write "Sava? Uçaklar?" in the database, it appears corrupted on the site. I know the problem is in the database but I couldn't fix it. Can you help? Also, when I add a game, it says it's added but it's not showing on the site. The necessary folders on FTP are set to 777 permissions.
