Hello Friends, I have been running Google ads for 3 days with the same ad and campaign. We have only one expanded ad. For the past 2 days, we have been running with a 7% click-through rate. Particularly, we were getting clicks early in the morning and in the evening but not during the day. To be able to get clicks during the day, we increased the daily budget by 50%. Strangely, the click-through rate of the ad dropped to 3.5% and the entire daily budget was not spent. Only half of the daily budget could be spent. So, by simply increasing the daily budget, we received fewer clicks, the budget was not used up, and we still couldn't get clicks in the middle of the day. I wonder what might be the reason for this strange situation. Did we mess up Google's learning algorithm by increasing the budget? Why did our ad perform worse just by increasing the budget? Thank you in advance for your explanations.
