Design not added?

I am checking from Google Search Console and I see that almost none of the articles have been added to the index. Four of them were crawled but not added to the index, except for being excluded. They were crawled - not currently added to the index, except for being excluded Redirected page except for being excluded Blocked by robots.txt file except for being excluded Proper standard tagged alternative page, what is happening with these and how can I fix them? Not added to the index, is it called not appearing in Google searches?
