Hello friends. I encounter a lot of fluctuation in my bitrate on Twitch while streaming. I cannot seem to understand the reason behind this. My internet speed is high, and I believe my computer is more than capable for streaming. Below, I will list my system specs, internet speed, and streaming details.
My system: NVIDIA GeForce 3060 Ti Graphics Card, AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Processor, 16 GB RAM, B450M Pro Motherboard (more information available upon request).
Internet Speed: 940 DownloadMBPS / 800-900 UploadMBPS.
I stream with a bitrate ranging from 6000-7500 using my graphics card, and I have also tried streaming with my processor, but there is no difference. I have conducted a Twitch Bandwidth test, tried different servers with the lowest ping, and yet the issue persists.
My Bufferbloat test results in a Bufferbloat GRADE A rating, so I am unable to understand the cause. I have tried everything.
While streaming, I do not experience any issues with ping in games or when downloading games. I do not encounter any problems when using my phone either. My internet speed remains consistent and satisfactory. However, during streams, the bitrate I set fluctuates, sometimes reaching 7000-8000, other times dropping to 4000, 3000, 2000, and even as low as 1000. I have seen many complaints similar to mine but have not found a solution. I am unsure whether the issue lies with my system or my internet. Do I need to reset my computer to test this? I am at a loss.
In the past, I experienced similar issues with my previous internet package where drops occurred when setting the bitrate to 5000, sometimes dropping to 3250, but it was not as problematic as now. Whether I set it to 15k or 3000, drops occur in my streams, causing frustration. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide.
