I am considering developing a new web-based application and I am looking for a companion to join me. I am seeking a PHP developer with intermediate level skills along with knowledge of SQL and MySQL, residing in Istanbul and believing in being a team player. This will not just be my project but our project. For the new application, I am looking for a reliable team player who is willing to take risks with me and is able to make balanced and sensible decisions, as well as being over 18 years old.
