The coupon address is known: https://ads.google.com/intl/tr_tr/start/ Previously, we used to create a new Gmail address to request a coupon and use it, but it seems that now it detects when we log in from the same IP. "Your account is not eligible to use this promotion as it seems you have used a promotion before." No matter how many accounts I tried, I received the same notification.
