Differences Between Xenforo and Vbulletin

Hello friends, these two software are paid softwares, one is XenForo for $140 and the other is $250, these are outrageous prices for me. I am using SMF but I find its features insufficient. I read that these two softwares are very functional and feature-rich, however, their prices are too high for me. I don't think there are many people in Turkey who pay for these two softwares, as far as I know. Not everyone does this because I heard that they are using the cracked or free full versions, which I believe is not healthy. Now, I think vBulletin is the best among these two softwares, but I don't like its theme at all. Are these high-priced softwares worth paying for and which one is better, especially considering that XenForo sells additional features for money, which amounts to around $1000 in total? What do you recommend I should do?
