Discount code on the original price of a product that is already discounted

Hello!

Does anyone know how I can activate a discount code in my WooCommerce store that applies a fixed percentage discount on the original price of products that already have a discount applied?

In other words, if a product was priced at 10€ and now it's 8€, I want the discount to be applied as a percentage off the original price of 10€ (but still showing the product in the store with the offer of -2€).
