Don't waste time with Turkish websites. I realized this painful truth a year ago. While earning 1.5-2 TL per day from my Turkish sites with 250-300 hits, I make around 40 TL daily from my English niche site with the same number of hits. My advice to you is, if you have intermediate English skills, focus on English niche sites. I am including below the money I have earned from the English niche site I opened 1.5 months ago.
