Do you know the solution to the problem with your blog on AdSense?

In the section where you manage the display of ads on your blog, I cannot enable ad display as it says "Your ad settings could not be updated." Additionally, there seems to be an issue with AdSense related to your blog but I can't find the problem. Could you please help me?
