Does Adsense Information Change?

Hello friends, I had a question on my mind. Recently, I applied for AdSense for my website and it got rejected. Now, I want to reapply in the future, but I realized that I had previously opened my AdSense account with an email address that I used a long time ago, and back then, I think I opened it for a client's website. That website was a corporate one (I'm not sure why I did that). However, as far as I remember, the account was in my name and I used my own phone number. But I'm not sure if I chose to set up a personal account or a corporate account when I joined AdSense. Can I change this information whenever I want? What information can I not change?
