Editing ThemeForest Themes in XAMPP

Hello friends, Approximately 2-3 days ago, I had installed the UrbanGo Wordpress theme that I purchased on ThemeForest on XAMPP to make various adjustments. After working on it for a few days, due to a database-related error, I had to delete Wordpress from XAMPP and the relevant database from PhpMyAdmin, and I wanted to reinstall the theme. However, when I tried to reinstall the theme, I encountered the message "THEME LICENSE INVALID, PLEASE PURCHASE." on localhost. I have already removed the theme's copy registration from the developer's website and reinstalled the theme, but the problem persists. I'd appreciate if you could provide information on this issue.
