English Content from Turkish - Originality

Hello everyone, I have a question for you all. I have a Turkish blog with around 90 articles. I am considering translating these articles into English and publishing them on a new English website. Would this be considered duplicate content if I publish the translated articles in a different language? In short, would posting the same content in different languages be considered duplicate content?
