Error in DLE Admin Panel and Homepage

Hello friends, I have set up a website on DLE and I am making some adjustments, but after a certain time, menus on the homepage; instead of being like this: they end up like this: (Sub-menus not showing) The admin panel should be like this: but it looks like this: When I re-upload FTP files, it gets fixed but after a while, the same thing happens again. What could be the reason? I would appreciate it if a knowledgeable friend could help. Have a great day.
