Error in DLE Admin Panel and Homepage

Hello friends, I have set up a website using DLE and making some edits, but after a while, menus on the homepage; Should be like this: After a while, it looks like this: (Submenus are not visible) The admin panel should look like this: But the admin panel looks like this: It gets corrected when I re-upload the FTP files, but after a certain period, the same issue occurs again. What could be the reason? I would appreciate it if someone who knows can help. Good forums.
