Error in Mysql Syntax

Hello friends. Yesterday, I migrated from a Vesta Panel server to a Plesk Panel server. Unfortunately, I am encountering a syntax error while importing the SQL backup of my forum. I have researched and it seems to be due to the compatibility issues between MySQL versions. The hosting company mentions that the MySQL version that comes with Plesk may cause issues if upgraded. Is there any other solution for this?
