Error with MySQL not null constraint

Hello friends. When I moved my website to another hosting within the same company, I encountered some issues. I am getting the following error: "Field 'public_time' doesn't have a default value." Although it works when I set this field to null, it doesn't allow SQL insertion in other sections. It needs to be not null, but then the whole system doesn't work.
