Error with Turkish characters (Friends, I am waiting for your advice).

I purchased a new classified ads script and have been struggling with an unbelievable issue for 2 weeks that the script company and I haven't been able to solve. I am experiencing a problem with Turkish characters in the ad description section and pages. The database of the script is set to latin5_turkish_ci, and I am using the DirectAdmin panel. The script company claims that it works seamlessly for cPanel users. I contacted my server company, and they informed me that this issue is not related to DirectAdmin. What do you think the problem is? Note: The example pages below are from the demo of this script and are installed in cPanel.
