They allow for a 6-installment payment plan for the 19,000 TL fine, but the attorneys require their fees upfront, notifying you to make the payment promptly. It has been 15 days since the court ruling, and the penalty enforcement is said to take about 2 months to start. There is a possibility of initiating a compensation lawsuit in the future as well. These lawyers are already deducting their fees, and if you agree to a settlement, they can secure a win for you. So, there is nothing to fear; legal and court expenses are high nowadays, resulting in significant costs. Last year, the total expenses wouldn't have exceeded 20,000 TL by 2022.
