Foreign click "attack" on Adsense

Hello everyone. I had applied for Adsense for my forum site a few days ago and got approved. The site has been active for 3 days and I have earned a total of 30TL with 59 ad clicks. However, the issue is that 25 of these clicks and 5.20TL of the earnings are from Turkey, while the remaining 34 clicks and 25TL are from foreign clicks. The problem is that the site is an internal forum that does not target search engines. This made me think that the clicks might be from VPNs. While things may seem fine from my end so far, if this continues, it will likely lead to the suspension of my Google account. How can I prevent this situation, what can I do?
