Google Ads Campaign Publishing Issue

Hello, the campaign I am running through Ads is only being displayed for 3-5 hours per day. When I try to schedule the advertising time, I receive an error message stating, "This operation is not supported in this campaign." What is causing this error and how can I fix it?
