Google Merchant Center Feed Problem

Hello, I am planning to upload products to the Merchant Center using a list I created with Google Sheets. However, after clicking on the fetch button, I am receiving an error message stating that the opportunity in the image is not available shortly thereafter. I have verified that the stock codes are correct, and the country information where the product is sold is correct in my merchant account. I am unable to identify what the problem is. ????
