Google Play Console Authentication Issue

Hello, I have created a Google Play developer account, but I am experiencing issues with the identity verification process. I am being asked to submit a personal identification, however, I only have the option to submit a company document in my account panel. I registered with a fake name, or rather with a company name, could this be the reason? I have now entered my real name and am waiting for it to be approved. Do you think the option to upload personal documents will appear after this?
