Growing an Instagram Account from Scratch

Hello everyone. I started using an empty account I created last year to carry out a project that has been on my mind for a long time. My page is a fitness page, and I curate the content myself (if you look at @fitness.sorucevap, you'll understand the concept). In the upcoming period, I will be using InstaFly to automate the account up to a certain point. However, since the page is brand new, I am having difficulty gaining initial followers. I followed some followers of athletes whom I believe are not bots, but they are not accepting the request or following back. I think they must be wondering why they should follow me, a page. Anyway, I have some questions regarding the page. 1- I had previously grown a similar page (7k+) using a program like InstaFly, but I was getting engaging comments from INTERESTING comments that I left. They were attention-grabbing like 'If you want to build muscles like an animal, follow'. It was eye-catching but lacked professionalism, yet still had good engagement. Do you think I should do the same now? I want to create a prestigious page. 2- What should I do?
