GSC error, need help!

Hello friends, I am unable to add my site to Search Console as it gives an error "Sitemap could not be read, General HTTP error." When I access my site, it appears normal when entered as https, but gives an error "Error loading style sheet: An unknown error occurred (805303f4)" when entered as http. Recently, the server where my site is hosted got infected with a virus, so I reinstalled it on a different server and took a SQL backup. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the sitemap, but nothing seems to work. Is there anyone who can help me with this issue?
