Has a virus come from the Nenux Mods?

I downloaded a mod for Mount and Blade 2 Bannerlord from Nexus Mods and I think I got a virus because of it. You can check my other topics for the reason. I am scanning with free Kaspersky. Can my accounts like Epic Games and Steam be at risk? I have very valuable games on Epic.
