Has a virus entered my phone from the file named "Chrome.apk" that was automatically downloaded on the phone?

Hello, about 1 hour ago, as soon as I entered a site on my Android phone, Chrome automatically downloaded an APK file without me clicking on anything. I deleted it myself without clicking on it. Then, I scanned it with Bitdefender's free version and the antivirus detected the same file, which I also deleted. Just to be safe, I scanned it with McAfee as well and no issues were found. I restarted the phone. Could there be any problem with unauthorized access to my gallery or any other issue from now on?
