Help needed for forum website

Hello. I'm planning to open a forum website for the game Valorant, but I'm not sure which platform to use for the infrastructure, whether it should be MyBB or others. Most importantly, I'm looking for a custom theme for this game. Where and from whom can I pay to have this done? Thank you.
