Help with AdSense approval

Currently, there was a restriction on the account I am waiting for approval. I removed my site from the blocked sites section and closed the account. Later, when I tried to use the same URL for a new account, I received an error message saying the URL was unavailable. This led me to reopen the previous closed account, and the review process began. The problem starts from here: the payments section and others are not opening, and there has been no progress until today. Additionally, I am able to apply with the domain sitead?.com to another AdSense account. Could there be a bug in AdSense? There seem to be many people stuck in the review section, and I fear the same thing happening to me. Normally, my site would be approved within 2-3 days, but now it's been 6 days with no progress.
