Help with applying to Adsense

Hello friends. I have been working on the website I purchased through the forum and have created around 70 original article introductions with an average of 300 words or more. The site was opened approximately 7-8 months ago. I believe I have implemented all the necessary steps for Adsense approval that are available online on my site. Despite applying to Adsense multiple times, I received a rejection stating: "Our experts have determined that your application does not meet our program's criteria. Unfortunately, we cannot accept you into our program." Following this, I purchased Adsense from someone selling on the forum, despite having a limited budget, and unfortunately, my friend scammed me. There is already a complaint about this on the forum. He did not respond afterwards. After that, I lost my morale and couldn't focus on the site.
