Help with Hacklinks

Hello friends, I recently finalized a deal to set up my project called allofaboutwoman.com due to my busy schedule. We agreed on the theme installation and all the settings and so on. They delivered the Herald Fashion theme to me after installing and configuring it. Everything was fine up to this point. Then I decided to do the SEO settings and such, I found some outbound links on the site, four or five of them are xyz domains and one is themekiller.me, a warez domain. It seems like the people who provided the nulled theme disappeared. I invested a good amount of money in hosting, so I don't want to abandon the project. I found where the codes are located, they are hooked to wp_footer in the functions.php file. Even after removing them, the links are still showing up as link extractor. However, when I inspect the element, they don't appear. I thought about making the links nofollow. That didn't work either, the link extractor still sees them as follow links. What can I do, I am waiting for your help. Edit: By the way, I checked the database. There is nothing found in the DB.
