Hetzner DNS setup and installation

I purchased a small VPS to try out NVMe disks, but setting up even a single control panel seems challenging. I installed CWP but couldn't manage to use my own nameservers. Does anyone have a clear understanding of how DNS works on Hetzner servers? I am setting the A records, but the NS Resolve IP in the panel remains empty. I am unable to link the IPs to the nameservers. Do I need to perform any actions on https://dns.hetzner.com/
