How can Artificial Intelligence be learned?

Hello friends. The question is as it is in the title. I decided to take a look at an AI (artificial intelligence) application and I was horrified by what I saw. Those who know would remember that there were such programs 6-8 years ago. They were generally simple. However, when we look at today's artificial intelligence applications, I think we can really talk about an advanced level of sophistication. Honestly, I want to learn Artificial Intelligence as a hobby but I don't know how to start.
