How can I do such a thing?

Friends, I am developing a PHP MySQL script gradually, but I cannot understand the logic of one thing. What I want to do is: Ad space 1, Ad space 2, Ad space 3. There are 3 boxes like this with advertisement image link and a textbox for duration, but I cannot understand this logic; I have created a table named "advertisement" and sent data from test advertisement space 1 here. So, what should I do for ad spaces 2 and 3? Do I need to create a different table? I would appreciate your help, friends; I am lost in this task :/
