How can I resolve photo copyright issues for Adsense?

For example, in my article, I am using a photo of an Apple brand phone, and multiple blogs that have previously been approved by AdSense are using the same photo in their articles. I believe that everything necessary for AdSense is available on my site, but I keep getting rejected every time. I believe this is due to the photos. Is it possible to solve this problem? If I make slight adjustments to the photos, will I still get rejected? If not, what kind of adjustments should I make? I would appreciate it if knowledgeable friends who have previously been approved by AdSense could help.
