How can I upgrade my PHP version to 7.2?

I updated the php version of my site to 7.4 on cPanel, but received an error stating that ionCube is not installed. Now I need to either go back to 7.2 or install ionCube for version 7.4. However, the option for 7.2 is missing in the php selection section, and I don't know how to install ionCube. I would appreciate your assistance. (hosting by GoDaddy)

The issue was partially resolved by changing the theme through cPanel. I was able to access the site, but I still cannot use the old theme.
