How can I verify my Adsense account?

I am currently facing an issue with my ads being stopped in my Android applications, and the reason is that I have not been able to verify my AdSense account. I may not be doing it correctly, as when I select my city in the address section and add the district at the end of the address, then hit submit, it has been 3 to 4 months but the verification code has not arrived. I even tried using the address of a nearby store, but still no luck. I tried submitting without adding the district, but it didn't work either. In short, I have tried everything but have not succeeded. Is there a different method I can try for this issue? Or should the address be written differently in Google's address section? I would appreciate your help Note: I am using the same address for online shopping websites, and my orders are delivered successfully. However, when I enter the same address into Google, the PIN code does not arrive.
