How can passwords be easily changed after a leak in email addresses?

My friend @432777 kindly alerted me, and according to the haveibeenpwned website, my email address has been compromised. I have changed my email password and logged out of any unknown devices. Will there be any issues? Should I change all my passwords? If I need to change them, is there an easy way to do it? It's quite tedious.
