How is a dog's photo designed using artificial intelligence?

Is there an artificial intelligence application available where I can design my dog's head photo as I want? It would be perfect if it's also free. I used to use Stable Diffusion dreambooth in the past to create different looks for myself, but it seems to not be working anymore or maybe I couldn't figure it out. I am attaching an example below, thank you in advance...
