I want to develop a personal artificial intelligence (AI) for running on my computer. My goal is to train a customized AI model on specific topics using my own data entirely. I aim to store this data locally and work without depending on servers or third-party platforms.

Desired features of the system:

1. Data Source Support: Ability to extract data from PDFs, TXT files, audio files, links (e.g. YouTube), and web pages.
2. Local Data Storage: Data will be stored entirely on my computer, not on platforms like Hugging Face.
3. Automatic Learning: I want the system to automatically learn from the data I upload.
4. Self-contained Operation: The system should run solely on my computer without connecting to any external servers.

Additional Information:

I am looking for a system similar to dataset creation processes on Hugging Face but easier to use without requiring software expertise. The system should be uncensored; I do not want any restrictions when processing my data.
