I want to develop a personal artificial intelligence (AI) to run on my own computer.

My aim is to train a customized AI model on specific topics and use my own data completely in this process. I want to store this data locally and work without depending on servers or third-party platforms.

Features I desire in the system:

1. Data Source Support: Ability to extract data from PDFs, TXT files, audio files, links (e.g., YouTube), and web pages.
2. Local Data Storage: Data will be stored entirely locally on my computer, not on platforms like Hugging Face.
3. Automatic Learning: I want the system to automatically learn from the files I upload.
4. Running on My Own Server: I want this system to run only on my computer without connecting to any external server.

Additional information:

I am looking for a system similar to creating datasets on Hugging Face, but I want these processes to be easy enough not to require software expertise.
The system must be uncensored; I do not want to encounter any restrictions while processing my data.

What knowledge is necessary in this regard?
