How is notcoin withdrawal done from the Telegram wallet?

Good evening, first of all, a while ago I played the Note Coin game on Telegram and earned a certain amount of Note Coins, which were deposited into my Telegram wallet. The issue is that I don't know how to make a withdrawal. I keep getting to the same point where I enter the wallet, select Note Coin, click send - no problem up to this point. But then it tells me to "send to an external wallet. Send to a crypto address," and I don't know how to create or find my own external wallet. I would appreciate your help.
