How to Add AdSense Responsive Ad Code

Hello, I want to add a advertising model to my website but I couldn't find how to do it. When you click on a content within the site, first a Google ad appears, and once it's passed, the content is displayed. This ad is apparently a responsive ad model, or I might have received incorrect information. If anyone knows how to implement this type of AdSense ad model, could they please help?
