How to broadcast with monitors of different resolutions?

Hello everyone. I use 2 monitors, my main monitor is the Samsung Odyssey G9 OLED. The other one is an ASUS 75 Hz 1080p standard monitor. The main question I want to ask is this: I want to play games on my G9 monitor and stream with my other monitor. When streaming with the G9 monitor, since it is not commonly used, the screen appears small to viewers due to its width. Can I open a game, play it on the G9 with a 32:9 aspect ratio, and at the same time achieve a 16:9 aspect ratio on my other monitor? I hope I have been able to explain what I mean.
