How to change the IP address for a CS 1.6 server?

In the CS 1.6 game, servers can be opened using HLDS. However, the IP address of that server operates through the IP address of the person who opened it. So, when I open a CS 1.6 server, my friends connect through the IP address of my home. I want to change or open it through a different IP address so that they don't know my home's IP address. It doesn't seem logical to share my home's IP address. How can I do this?
